Exhibitor invitation

We are delighted to invite exhibitors to participate in NORDIWA 2025, taking place in Oslo.

As an exhibitor, your stand will be positioned strategically within the conference area, giving you direct access to engage with participants throughout the event. Additionally, your company logo will be prominently displayed on our official website and conference app, both of which will feature a direct link to your website.

The exhibitor package is available at 30,000 NOK (ex. VAT) and includes entry for one participant from your organization.

We are offering 15 exclusive exhibitor slots for the Nordic Wastewater Conference 2025. Applications open at 12:00 on December 2nd, 2024, and the first 15 applicants will be accepted. To secure your place, please complete the application with credit card payment at the time of registration.

If all exhibitor slots are filled, you can still showcase your brand by opting for a logo display on our website and conference app, complete with a direct link to your site, for a fee of 10,000 NOK (ex. VAT). A limited number of 15 spots are available for this option as well.
